Questions operators ask

What counts as a completed job?
A job sealed on the office device, or a driver's record you verify and save to the board. Counting is done on the office device and starts again on the first of each month. Drivers' phones are never limited.
What happens at the limit on the free plan?
Verifying a record always works, and a driver can always close a job. Saving more records to the board waits for the next month or the Operation plan.
Does the plan need signal?
No. Once paid, the plan stays on with no connection. When the office device is online, Ifikile renews it quietly in the background.
What if we stop paying?
The office device goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: every job, photo and record stays where it is.
Where does our data go?
Your jobs go only where you send them. Jobs, photos, signatures and locations stay on the devices that made them. Heferon receives the payer's work email and company name for the subscription, and nothing about your jobs. Visit counts are described in the privacy notice.
